Preliminary Design (Payment is required to begin work)

Option #1

Rate per square feet

$0.50 / Sq.Ft

Includes:

Floor plans & Front elevation

* Client must provide scaled sketches and example photographs of desired house style

* Up to 2 revision sets to preliminary plans are allowed, then hourly rates will apply at $100.00 / Hr

Option #2

Rate per hour

$100.00 / Hr

(If you don’t have a scaled sketch with measurement)

Preliminary design is built based on info gather in meetings with the client. (at our discretion)

Working Drawings

(A second payment is required at this stage to continue)

$1.00 / Sq.Ft

Includes:

  • Detailed floor plans

  • Lighting & Electrical layouts

  • Foundation plan

  • Cross sections as required

  • Exterior elevations

  • Verandas and decks

 

        Whats Next

        Extras

        • Walk-out basement – $0.10 / Sq.Ft.
        • Basement development – $0.25 / Sq.Ft.(based on main floor size)
        • Custom Decks or more then 1 - $100 each

        Print Sets

      • 3D color renderings - starting from $500.00 (Prices subject to review depending upon complexity of plan.)
      • Consultation / Revisions - $100 /Hr
